The Falcon Vecchio Restaurant, is owned by the "Hotel Palio" and, in collaboration with the staff at the hotel, offers half-board and full-board accommodation.


One of the oldest restaurants in the city, opened in 1607, it has always been a reference point for local cuisine.


Situated in the heart of the old town, just a short walk from the hotel, it offers its customers typical Piedmontese dishes such as cured meat "all'astigiana", veal in a tuna sauce, coleslaw, fresh pasta, Piedmontese boiled meat platters and truffles.


The restaurant also offers an extensive wine list.
